- Website Redesigns: Complete technical refactoring of legacy codebases, removal of unmanaged plugins, and performance rebuilds ($20,000–$60,000 per project).
- Direct Hourly Engineering: Ad-hoc troubleshooting, layout fixes, and script maintenance billed at $90–$175 per hour.

Part 2: Commercial Engagements & Published Fees

- Our Denver team reviews the technical scope, platform constraints, and timeline requirements.
- We issue a formal Written Statement of Work (SOW) specifying milestones, deliverables, and exact pricing.
- Both parties execute the SOW, and the initial engagement milestone deposit is received.
All fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) and depend entirely on verified scope criteria.
Our pricing is grounded in reality. The studio maintains a firm minimum engagement budget threshold between $1,000 and $10,000. Project quotes vary strictly based on:

- Volume of Pages & Views: Total layout templates and bespoke editorial breakpoints required.

Direct hourly engineering is billed in 15-minute increments with transparent timecards. Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of transmission.

Part 3: Intellectual Property & Technical Disclaimers

- Client Intellectual Property: Once the final milestone invoice is paid in full, all client-specific HTML, CSS layouts, bespoke JavaScript modules, and unique copywriting created under the SOW transfer exclusively to the client.
- Pre-Existing Studio Tooling: Gorvansi retains ownership of reusable utility snippets, build scripts, and base boilerplates. The client is granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and host those components.
- Site Brand Assets: The Gorvansi name, wordmark, display typography pairings, and portfolio photography on gorvansi.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gorvansi and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

While we ensure rigorous technical accuracy across our published articles, rate cards, and diagnostic tools:
- We do not guarantee that third-party platforms (WordPress core, Squarespace servers, Wix plugins) will remain free from external bugs, vulnerability deprecations, or sudden API changes outside our control.
- We do not guarantee specific search engine ranks, conversion metrics, or ad platform review timelines, as search algorithm shifts and ad auction dynamics are determined independently by Google, Microsoft, and Meta.
- Interactive estimates produced by our Scope Diagnostic tool (diagnostics.html) serve as engineering guidelines and must be confirmed via a technical consultation.
Part 4: Service Warranty & Liability Limitations
Gorvansi delivers websites engineered for optical stability, semantic validity, and cross-device resilience. We back our project deliverables with explicit, binding contractual guarantees:
1. 30-Day Post-Launch Bug Warranty: Every completed website project (Digital Business Card, Foundational Site, or Redesign) carries a 30-calendar-day warranty commencing on deployment day. Gorvansi repairs any functional bug, broken CSS layout, or script defect that deviates from the approved SOW at zero additional charge.
2. Cross-Device Integrity: We guarantee fluid responsiveness down to 320px screen widths across modern Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox mobile and desktop browsers without horizontal spillover.
3. Quote Variance Protection: Fixed-fee project milestones are strictly capped. If our engineering team underestimates the time required to complete the agreed specifications, Gorvansi absorbs the cost. Pricing only changes if the client formally requests new pages, altered features, or structural scope additions.
Gorvansi's aggregate commercial liability is strictly limited to the fees paid under the applicable statement of work.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:
- Neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, lost revenue, or operational interruption arising from web downtime or hosting outages.
- Gorvansi's total cumulative liability for all claims arising under an engagement shall never exceed the total dollar amount actually paid by the client to Gorvansi for the specific service milestone giving rise to the claim during the preceding six-month period.
Engagements may be terminated by either party with fourteen days written notice under structured settlement rules.
Either party may terminate an active project engagement with fourteen (14) calendar days written notice sent to [email protected]:
- Upon termination, the client shall pay for all hours logged and milestone deliverables completed up to the date of notice.
- Gorvansi will immediately hand over all completed source code files, graphic assets, and architectural documentation prepared up to that moment.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate access or refuse service to any entity engaging in abusive communication, fraud, or intentional breach of acceptable use covenants.
Part 5: Governing Law, Modifications & Contacts
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Colorado, with venue in the courts of Denver.
This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to our website, services, or commercial contracts, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, for the resolution of any dispute.
